INSTRUCTOR - Jon Cancio For over a decade, Jon has performed on stage and on screen and has worked both in front of the camera and behind it. He believes that with a little bit of creativity, a sense of play, and good teamwork anything is possible. He practices this philosophy week in, week out as an improv performer and coach. Jon teaches individuals from all walks of life how to perform unscripted theatre in front of an audience without sets, props, or costumes. Along the way, and with much laughter, his students have learned to be more spontaneous, better listeners, and more supportive partners. He has taught in Singapore and abroad for clients such as: Grab, Singtel, Health Promotion Board Singapore, and Unilever to name a few. You may have seen him in ads for Pizza Hut, Chope, and Scoot Airlines. He’s also appeared on stage in theatre productions by Singapore Repertory Theatre, How Drama, Toy Factory, and AndSoForth. He has appeared on screen in The Benzi Project, Uncanny Valley, and Girl Band Called Girl Band. Together with Nathan Hartono, he also hosts Good Hang: Singapore’s first comedy/pop culture/current events podcast.
